User Interface Design – Rite Aid, USA

As part of my role at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I worked on a large-scale project for Rite Aid USA to design and develop user interface screens for their internal applications. The goal was to create a clear, consistent, and user-friendly experience for end users across the organisation.
Task
- Analyse and interpret complex application requirements with the client
- Conceptualise, wireframe, and design UI layouts
- Create interface graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Build interactive prototypes using JavaScript and PDF functionality
- Coordinate between Rite Aid’s IT team (USA) and TCS’s offshore design team

Result

The project’s success led to my invitation to the USA to serve as the primary design liaison between the client and offshore teams — a recognition of both my technical expertise and strong communication skills.
