User Interface Design – Rite Aid, USA
As part of my role at Tata Consultancy Services, I was assigned to work on a major project for RiteAid USA. The objective was to design and develop user interface screens for their applications, creating a clear, functional, and visually consistent experience for end users.
Task
Analyse and interpret application requirements in collaboration with the client.
Conceptualise, design, and develop wireframes and UI screens.
Create user interface graphics using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Add interactivity and navigation through JavaScript and PDF prototyping.
Coordinate directly with RiteAid’s IT team in the USA and synchronise with TCS’s offshore design team.

Result
Delivered a full set of interactive UI screens that exceeded client expectations, combining clarity, usability, and strong visual design. The success of this project led to an invitation to the USA to act as the main design liaison between RiteAid and the offshore graphics team. The project demonstrated both my technical design skills and my ability to manage client communication across international teams.
